From Philadelphia and East:
Pennsylvania turnpike (I-76) west to Route 222 Exit 286. Follow Route 222 South for 20 miles through Lancaster City (Prince Street). (You will exit from a divided highway onto Rte 30 W briefly, then onto Rte 501S which will take you on city streets through Lancaster – but if you keep following the signs for 222S, they will get you there.) Just before crossing the Conestoga River and leaving the city, bear right on Route 324 (big overhead green signs), also called the New Danville Pike. Go 5 miles straight. Do not turn when Route 324 turns at the traffic light at New Danville but continue going straight into the town of Conestoga. At the top of the hill, turn left at the Citgo gas station/Conestoga Wagon Restaurant onto Sand Hill Road. Go 1 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Sickmans Mill Road. Go 1.5 miles to the stop sign and turn left on River Road. Go 0.1 miles and turn right onto River Hill Road. Kynynmont Farm is 0.3 miles on your right.

From Harrisburg and West:
Take PA-283 East from the PA Turnpike/I-283 interchange. Go approximately 25 miles and exit at the PA-741 Rohrerstown/Millersville exit just west of Lancaster City. Take 741E for 8 miles to the traffic light at New Danville where there is a Turkey Hill Minit Market on the far right corner of the intersection. Turn right onto the New Danville Pike/Main Street toward Conestoga and go just under 3.2 miles. At the top of the hill, turn left at the Citgo gas station/Conestoga Wagon Restaurant onto Sand Hill Road. Go 1 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Sickmans Mill Road. Go 1.5 miles to the stop sign and turn left on River Road. Go 0.1 miles and turn right onto River Hill Road. Kynynmont farm is 0.3 miles on your right.

From Scranton and North: 
Take I-81 South to Exit 90. Turn left and follow the signs to Route 72 South. Follow Route 72 South 28 miles through Lebanon and Manheim to East Petersburg. At the traffic light at the center of East Petersburg, turn right onto State Street and go one block. Then turn left onto Route 741. Follow 741 ...... miles to the traffic light at New Danville, where there is a Turkey Hill MInit Market on the far right corner of the intersection. Turn right onto the New Danville Pike/Main Street toward Conestoga and go just under 3.2 miles. At the top of the hill, turn left at the gas station/Conestoga Wagon Restaurant onto Sand Hill Road. Go 1 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Sickmans Mill Road. Go 1.5 miles to the stop sign and turn left on River Road. Go 0.1 miles and turn right onto River Hill Road. Kynynmont farm is 0.3 miles on your right.

From Baltimore and South:
The easy, slightly longer way: Take 83 North to York. Take the Market Street Exit and proceed straight through the traffic light to Route 30. Turn right onto Route 30 East and proceed 18 miles to the Route 741 East Exit towards Millersville. Turn right onto Route 741 and proceed 6.5 miles to the traffic light at New Danville where there is a Turkey Hill Minit Market on the far right corner of the intersection. Turn right onto the New Danville Pike/Main Street toward Conestoga and go just under 3.2 miles. At the top of the hill, turn left at the gas station/Conestoga Wagon Restaurant onto Sand Hill Road. Go 1 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Sickmans Mill Road. Go 1.5 miles to the stop sign and turn left on River Road. Go 0.1 miles and turn right onto River Hill Road. Kynynmont Farm is 0.3 miles on your right.

The harder, more scenic and slightly shorter way: Take the Dulaney Valley Road Exit off the Baltimore Beltway, I-695 – this exit is about two miles to the east of the I-83 Exit. Take MD 146 North 15.5 miles to Schuster Road – be sure to notice the horse farms along the way! Turn right onto Schuster Road, go 2 miles to the stop sign, and then turn right onto MD 23. Go 0.3 miles to the traffic light in Jarrettsville and turn left onto Route 165, which becomes PA Route 74 at the Pennsylvania line. Go approximately 20 miles and turn right at Route 372 East. Go across the Susquehanna River (over the Norman Wood Bridge) and then go another 1.9 miles past the end of the bridge. Turn left onto Hilldale Road. Go 4.2 miles on Hilldale Road and turn left on Maple Springs Road. Go about 0.1 miles to a stop sign, take a right onto River Road, and then go another 0.5 miles to the stop sign at Route 324. Turn left, go over the Pequea River Bridge, and turn right immediately after the bridge onto River Road, Go approximately 1.5 miles to the top of a hill and take a sharp left onto River Hill Road.
